Most trainings do not result in improved performance of employees, managers, and leaders in an organization. Research by the American Society for Training and Development shows that over 90% of the money spent on training goes to waste. Training is wasted largely due to a lack of internal organizational structures to support the practice of new behavior models and skills presented in training — a problem Dennis Coates, CEO of Performance Support Systems, calls the training transfer problem.
MEDIT CONSULTANTS was created to respond to this gap by ensuring internal organizational structures are transformed to support the implementation of new behavior models and skills.
